The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sari4d makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may temporarily affect service availability; sari4d will endeavour to provide advance notice where reasonably practicable.
sari4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where it reasonably believes that:
In the event of account closure for a proven breach of these Terms, sari4d reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where a closure is not attributable to Member misconduct (e.g., regulatory suspension or voluntary closure), any verified legitimate balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.
Members wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting sari4d support. All pending wagers will be settled according to their respective outcomes before the final balance is processed for withdrawal.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sari4d holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, sari4d acknowledges that its primary Member base consists of individuals located in Indonesia. Nothing in this clause limits sari4d's obligation to comply with any applicable Indonesian law or regulation to which it is subject by virtue of its operations targeting the Indonesian market, including data protection obligations relevant to Indonesian residents.
Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
sari4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Member rights, obligations, or gameplay conditions — sari4d will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on the Member's account.
For non-material amendments (e.g., corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause), changes may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
